- Central Air Conditioning with hidden fan coil and linear slot outlets:
Application study and installation of a Daikin VRV central air conditioning system, with a hidden fan coil inside the masonry. A very elegant and smart solution in order to save space but at the same time to maintain the design of the space.
- Water Supply – Sewerage & Swimming Pool Facilities:
Application study and installation of hydraulic networks always based on the customer’s requirements. Installation of a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a specially designed bathroom with disabled access, a rainwater collection tank with the aim of utilizing it, both for watering and for the operation of the entire house, after special treatment, as well as for its conversion into drinking water with the reverse osmosis installation. These are some of the requirements that the ECOGREENBUILD team with its skilled staff and carefully selected partners have fulfilled.
- Engine Room Design & Installation:
The correct design of the machine rooms is essential for the smooth operation of the building. The complex or incomplete design of machine rooms tends to make the daily life of customers/managers difficult, as they are unable to manage basic functions of the house. In this specific project, three spaces were chosen, each with its own use. 1) Pool Engine Room, 2) Central Engine Room, 3) Engine Room for the treatment of water.
- Electrical Installations:
Application study and installation of electrical networks. Design and installation of automations with the possibility of remote control, so that the customer/manager knows the state and operation of the house at all times.
