It is a complex of 6 independent luxury stone-built holiday homes in Megai Lithari, Corfu.
The project has been designed as a complex. The electromechanical audits took into account the architectural requirements. The owners and architects of the complex have had high demands on the energy efficiency and functionality of these holiday homes all year round, and have therefore trusted ECOGREENBUILD to audit, supply and install the air conditioning and heating system, hot water production (DHW), as well as the construction of swimming pools and hydromassage. Our engineers analyzed the needs of the customers, the architectural unique characteristics and the climatic conditions of the area and chose the optimal heating-air-conditioning and DHW production system. TOSHIBA’s high-efficiency mini-VRV systems were selected for heating and air conditioning, and fitted with low ceiling height and quiet operation that are imposed by high customer standards. ATLANTIC EXPLORER heat pumps were installed for hot water production in combination with low-rise, high-efficiency solar panels that were placed in the planted roof of each house. The installation and commissioning of the system was undertaken by the ECOGREENBUILD Energy Saving Tech Force (ΕΟΤ-ΕΞΕ) to ensure that the high-quality standards of our company’s projects are met.
Finally, after an audit took place, a swimming pool and an adjacent outdoor Spa were constructed in front of each house. The hydromassage has 6 seats that work in pairs, and an air massage system both in the bottom and the seats.
